I’m a Principal Security Automation Engineer based in Raleigh, NC. I architect and operate an enterprise SOC platform — a fleet of Webex/Teams chatbots, dozens of internal web apps, and an on-prem LLM inference platform — that has reduced incident response times by 80%+ and replaced multiple recurring manual analyst workflows with auditable LLM pipelines.

This blog is where I write up the engineering problems I find interesting: distributed LLM serving, RAG at scale, hosted-to-local routing with fallback, fine-tuning rerankers on real data, and the kind of debugging stories that don’t fit in a commit message.
